- 8 dag cukru pudru
- 2 żółtka
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- dżem
Czas przygotowania:
- około 60 min
Przygotowanie:
Posiekaj nożem mąkę z masłem. Dobrze roztrzep żółtka z cukrem, a następnie wlej je do mąki z tłuszczem. Dodaj proszek do pieczenia i wyrób ciasto.
Smacznego!
Do usłyszenia!
Wasza,
Passion Piece

My mother used to make these cookies when I was little. I used to love the jam filling in the middle and the moisture and fluffiness of the cookie. They are so good!
I love them exactly because of the same reasons! :)

Firstly, am a sucker for nice pics and I love your photos here. Secondly - don't laugh! - I have such a phobia about making cookies (even though I'm a totally proficient cake-maker!). I am willing myself to give it another go after seeing this :)
I'm a master when it comes to all kinds of phobia, so don't worry too much! :)
