2 jaja
3 łyżki cukru
1/2 l kefiru
2 szklanki mąki
1/2 łyżeczki sody
3-4 banany
olej do smażenia
Dekoracja:
cukier puder
Czas przygotowania:
ok. 30 min
Porcje:
Dla 4 osób
Wykonanie:
Wbij do miski jajka i zmiksuj je z cukrem.
Następnie wlej kefir i stopniowo dodawaj mąkę oraz sodę.
Smacznego!
Do usłyszenia!
Wasza,
Passion Piece

These seem really yummy! I want to try making these someday. One question though: What are kefirs and what kind of stores would I get them at?
Kefir is a beverage of fermented cow's milk. I think you could buy it in Polish or Russian stores. You can risk making it with milk, but I can't guarantee you the results. :)
