With passion in your kitchen: plum cocktail

Passion Piece - plum cocktail

As always September means the beginning of a new school year, and therefore it’s also a time when I have to switch from the holiday mode into the work mode, and just believe me, it’s not so easy for me. During the first days of my returning to school I enjoy coming back to summer flavors which are always full of sun and tasty fruits. That’s why, today I’d like to present you a quick and easy to prepare plum cocktail, the recipe has been taken from a book written by Sister Mary and titled ‘Zielone koktajle’ (‘Green cocktails’).

Ingredients:

(one portion)

  • 6-7 plums
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 cup of yogurt or kefir

Preparation:

Wash the fruits and allow them to dry, cut them into halves and remove the stones. Mix plums with yogurt or kefir and honey. The ready prepared cocktail should be poured into a tall glass or a cup and left in the fridge for a while to cool down. I additionally used some granola to decorate the cocktail. I also added a little bit more honey, as I prefer sweeter drinks. Bon Appetit!

See you around!

Yours,

Passion Piece

You’ll find this and many more recipes in the book titled ‘Zielone koktajle Siostry Marii’.
