Life is one of the greatest variables we will have to face. The moments of happiness and closeness interchange with the moments of sadness and loneliness. Nothing can be predicted or planned. A single minute of our lives cannot guarantee that another one will ever come. Surely, sooner or later, everyone will have to face a certain challenge. An endeavor upon which a human life may depend, not only the one who needs to make a decision, but also the one who is trying hard to fight at a given moment.
This fragile nature of life, health – the so-called normality – emphasizes the importance of our relationships with other people. The importance of being good and selfless to others. If we help them out of a heartfelt need, they may become the ones who will help us one day. And who knows? Maybe they will even save our lives?

The informal initiative group called ZosiaNieSamosia (Little Miss (In)dependent) decided to be actively involved in the action ‘Helping through unscrewing’, which was organized by the firefighters (OSP Osiedle Stałe) in Jaworzno. Its main aim is to collect as many PET caps as it is possible to raise funds necessary for treatment and rehabilitation of Dawid Kramarz, who after being stung by an insect went into anaphylactic shock. His family and friends still believe that Dawid will be able to fully recover just after regaining consciousness and being able to undergo the right treatment and rehabilitation, and all these thanks to people of good will.

Little Miss (In)dependent believes that love can be best expressed by our deeds. That’s why, we warmly encourage everyone to participate in the ‘Helping through unscrewing’ action. You can also help Dawid through taking part in other forms of support, such as auctions which will also help to fund his account.
‘You will know them by their fruits …’ So let’s do this! Let’s fill everyone with love! Let’s fill the ‘fire-fighter’s heart’ with caps! Who would like to join the action? Who would like to join us? Together we can gain more! We don’t need anything apart from the caps and heaven!
